The Utility Notification Center of Colorado is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to both underground facility owners/ operators as well as the excavation community.

UNCC is proud to present this On-Line training tutorial which provides many useful tools and resources to assist the public excavation community in the process of requesting location markings at job sites. This website will allow professional excavators to complete the required training in order to gain secure access into the UNCC Web Ticket Entry program. Once the training modules are completed, a certification will be issued and an account and password will be generated so that you may proceed to process your own requests.
